Letters of

Object: Letter of recommendation
Auckland, 3rd of May 2016
To whom it may concern
Dear Madam, dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to recommend Paul Anthony Andrews to your company.
I have worked with Paul for 4 years while I was Managing Director for Gameloft at the Auckland studio in New Zealand.
Paul was employed as 3D Artist and throughout his time there has demonstrated his very high capability to pick up a project, deliver assets and follow pipelines. He was even a go-to artist for new starters due to his approachable nature and patience.
I have interacted with him many times during my time at Gameloft and always found him extremely clear in his explanations, and highly valued by his peers. On top of this, Paul has been a driving force in our team cohesion across the office where he would actively participate and organize team building events with the highest level of commitment.
It has been a true pleasure to work with Paul, and I would immediately recommend him to any company looking for a talented and hard-working artist who will bring a great atmosphere into a team.
Feel free to contact me should you have any questions about this letter.
Kind regards

To whom it may concern
I recently had the privilege of working with Paul Andrews at both Gameloft AKL Studio and Binary Star before that. He is an excellent artist with a methodical and friendly team-oriented approach that gets results.
His artistic skill-set is technical, extensive and well-rounded. He was often my go-to team member to resolve any model issues, especially related to process/pipelines. He always accepted tasks that needed rapid resolution, and was very reliable in doing so.
He is always willing to help where needed and generally get the job done. I would definitely work with him again in the future if the opportunity arose.
Sincerely,
Trevor Gamon

Paul is a dedicated and hard working artist. He is a fast mesh builder and always strives hard to hit required goals. Being proficient in Max, he was a willing and patient mentor for artists learning the program and shared his knowledge with peers. When the pressure is on, Paul always offered to help; even if it means working after hours. It was great working with such a positive, enthusiastic and friendly team member.less
